Topdesk release upgrade Monday 20 July 2026 starting 6:30 p.m.

The Topdesk production environment will be upgraded. 
This will take place on Monday evening, July 20, starting at 6:30 p.m. 

As a result, Topdesk will be temporarily unavailable. 
During this period, both the Self Service Portal and the operator portal will be unavailable. 

The update is expected to be completed around 8:00 p.m

From Sunday 4 to Sunday 11 October 2026, ICT and CREFM will jointly carry out major maintenance on Data Centre 1. During this maintenance, the power supply for Data Centre 1 will be replaced, as was done at Data Centre 2 in December 2025.
