Users are experiencing failures and timeouts when making or receiving calls in Teams. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Saturday, July 25 at 12:00 PM, HARICA will revoke a large number of TLS certificates that were issued between March 27, 2026, 00:01 UTC and July 20, 2026, 22:00 UTC. As a result, systems and services that are still using an affected certificate may become unavailable or display security warnings after that time.

ICT is currently working with the highest priority to replace the affected certificates. Due to the scale of the operation and capacity constraints at HARICA, it is unfortunately possible that not all certificates will be renewed in time. This may lead to temporary service disruptions.

What can you do?

1. If you experience problems with an application, website, or other service after 12:00 PM on Saturday, please contact the ICT Service Desk.
2. If you have received an email directly from HARICA regarding a certificate and need assistance replacing it, please also contact the ICT Service Desk.
